COEP Venture Group, a subsidiary of Coeptis Therapeutics Holdings Inc., a Nasdaq-listed company, is not a registered broker-dealer. We do not engage in any activities that require broker-dealer registration, including the buying or selling of securities. Our investment services are solely focused on providing capital investments and strategic support to private companies. COEP Venture Group does not facilitate or participate in the trading of securities and does not offer any broker-dealer services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Site shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which COEP Venture Group is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
